Join us to experience one of the world's most fascinating and elegant culinary cultures as the authors of the New Persian Cooking book, share the history and personal memories of family and food with us. Jila Dana-Haeri has adapted traditional Persian recipes to fit the requirements of modern cooks and will work with the chef of the Silk Route Café to present examples of the delicious recipes from the book.
