Learn how you can make delicious Persian food simply.
Persian cuisine is renowned and extremely sophisticated.
So far the perception has been that you need days of preparation and an entourage of helpers to make it.
Here is an opportunity to learn how you can make delicious Persian food simply.
There are two cookery classes, covering different dishes both traditional and contemporary.
There will be two chefs on both days: Margaret Shaida (the writer of the famous cookery book - The legendary cuisine of Persia) and Dr. Jila Dana-Haeri (a professional who cooks delicious Persian dishes without spending hours!).
The final menu will be decided by the chefs at a later date and will not be announced. It will include main courses, rice dishes, salads, starters, etc.
No qualifications required.

There are only 35 places per class, if you are interested you should register ASAP online.
The menu will be different on each day. You may therefore wish to register for both days.
